Financing Options

Insurance Assistance:
Our practice accepts most dental insurance programs used by major employers in our area.

Our goal is to maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable.  If you have any questions regarding your insurance benefits, please don't hesitate to call our office at (414) 964-0680 to review your concerns.

Financial Assistance:
Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment.

Our goal is not to let expense prevent you from benefiting from the quality of care you desire and need.  To facilitate this goal we have developed the following financial options:

Cash/Check - Checks gladly accepted from established patients 

Credit Cards - Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted in our office.

We are pleased to offer Capital One Healthcare Finance to our patients. Capital One Healthcare Finance is a convenient, no initial payment, low monthly payment plan for dental treatments of $1,000 to $25,000. Offering Capital One Healthcare Finance allows us to make the smile you've always wanted affordable.

We also offer financing through Care Credit.
Monthly Payments - We are pleased to offer our patients an interest-free line of credit through GE Card Services (CareCredit program).  Applications are available in our office, and can usually be approved within minutes.

Term Payments - You may select a monthly payment that fits within your budget and requires no initial down payment.  Your payments will not change with low, fixed rates ranging from 9.99% - 12.99% A.P.R. and there is no pre-payment penalty.  The application process usually takes just 15 minutes.

Pre-payment - We are happy to extend a discount for the pre-payment of treatment.  This is usually required approximately 2 weeks prior to the start of treatment.  Any discounted amount will be discussed with you.

Tax Advantages - Speak with your accountant regarding how your dental treatment may have a positive impact on your yearly taxes.
